Step 1 · Read the list
Published for every product.
Four ranges, each described with its claims qualified.
We publish the full ingredient list for everything, because natural origin tells you nothing about whether you will react to it — plant extracts and essential oils are among the more common irritants. And we never describe a product as treating a skin condition: a cosmetic presented that way becomes a medicine in law, requiring authorisation we do not have and would not claim.
Published for every product.
If you are unsure, ask us first.
Especially with a known allergy.
Fourteen days, no reason needed.
What it is actually made of.
Which part is not covered.
How long it should last.
Whether it can be recycled.
A product is rarely wholly anything. A bottle may be recycled while its pump is not; a cloth may be organic cotton with a synthetic thread. We say which part a claim covers, because the alternative is the vague kind of labelling that consumer law now treats as misleading, and because you cannot make a sensible choice from a slogan.
Refills only reduce impact if they are actually reused, so we tell you how many refills it takes before the reusable container earns back the cost of making it. For some products that is two. For others it is considerably more, and we would rather say so than sell a reusable that was never the better option for how you shop.
What the usual product costs in packaging.
How many refills to come out ahead.
Sometimes the answer is no.
Refills, not another container.
By what is in it, not the box.
Ask about allergies if you can.
Ingredient listings included.
With the cancellation notice.
Gifts are where ingredient information usually disappears, which matters most because the recipient did not choose the product and may react to it. We include the listings in the box and we keep wrapping minimal rather than building a parcel that is mostly presentation — which would sit awkwardly beside everything else on this site.
Ask us about ingredients, materials or sourcing before you buy. No obligation.
